The Board

The Board determines the Group’s strategy and objectives. It is chaired by Bruno Chabas, a recognized figure in the oil & gas sector with more than 30 years of international experience in the energy industry. Former CEO of SBM Offshore, he led major strategic transformations there in complex international environments, strengthening the group’s operational performance and governance.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee, under the authority of Gaël Bodénès, CEO of 91Ӱ��, is responsible for managing the Group in line with the strategy defined by the shareholders and in accordance with 91Ӱ��’s values: ambition, team spirit, and high standards.

Shareholding

On December 22, 2025, 91Ӱ�� announced the completion of its financial and capital restructuring, with funds affiliated with Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP and Fortress Investment Group LLC becaming the Group’s majority shareholders. Their shared objective is to improve the Group’s profitability, capture growth, and reposition 91Ӱ�� as a “best-in-class” offshore energy services provider.

Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP is a global investment manager firm with over 40 years of experience and a focus on fundamental investing with a multi-strategy approach. Davidson Kempner has more than $37 billion in assets under management and over 500 people across eight offices: New York, Philadelphia, London, Dublin, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Mumbai, and Abu Dhabi.
